Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Protein Oats

PB & J OVERNIGHT OATS - such a classic but oh so good! 😍🍓

Serves 1 | 6+ Hours

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 70g Sachet of Peanut Butter Proats2Go
  • 200ml of Almond or Soy Milk
  • 1 Tbsp of Strawberry Jam
  • 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • Vanilla Cashew Yoghurt, Puffet Miller and Cacao Nibs

    METHOD:

    1. Soak the Proats with almond milk overnight in the fridge.
    2. The next morning, fill a mason jar with some of the soaked Proats, coating the bottom of the jar.
    3. Slice one of the strawberries vertically and stick the pieces to the sides of the jar.
    4. Add some of the vanilla yoghurt.
    5. Add a layer of strawberry jam before adding another layer of Proats.
    6. Finish off with another layer of yoghurt and a spoonful of natural peanut butter on the top.
    7. Add some more strawberry as a topping. I also added puffed millet and cocoa nibs to finish it off!

      TIPS:

      • Heat your jar of overnight protein oats in the microwave for 50 seconds to enjoy them warm. They'll be super creamy!! Yum.
      • If the consistency of your Overnight Protein Oats is too runny for your liking, add less liquid next time. If they're too too thick, add more liquid.
