PB & J OVERNIGHT OATS - such a classic but oh so good! 😍🍓
Serves 1 | 6+ Hours
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 70g Sachet of Peanut Butter Proats2Go
- 200ml of Almond or Soy Milk
- 1 Tbsp of Strawberry Jam
- 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
- Vanilla Cashew Yoghurt, Puffet Miller and Cacao Nibs
METHOD:
- Soak the Proats with almond milk overnight in the fridge.
- The next morning, fill a mason jar with some of the soaked Proats, coating the bottom of the jar.
- Slice one of the strawberries vertically and stick the pieces to the sides of the jar.
- Add some of the vanilla yoghurt.
- Add a layer of strawberry jam before adding another layer of Proats.
- Finish off with another layer of yoghurt and a spoonful of natural peanut butter on the top.
- Add some more strawberry as a topping. I also added puffed millet and cocoa nibs to finish it off!
TIPS:
- Heat your jar of overnight protein oats in the microwave for 50 seconds to enjoy them warm. They'll be super creamy!! Yum.
- If the consistency of your Overnight Protein Oats is too runny for your liking, add less liquid next time. If they're too too thick, add more liquid.
