We aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day.

Q: How much is delivery?
Domestic Australian: For orders under $99, standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
For orders over $99 we provide free standard shipping within Australia.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
Please know that the cost of International shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location and weight.
If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Proats2Go does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country.
Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
Q: What if I put in my address wrong?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
