Hot Proats2Go
Mix 70g of Proats2Go with 200-250ml of plant based milk or water in a deep microwaveable bowl.
Stir well to combine (soak for 15 minutes for extra creaminess!).
Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through.
Add toppings and enjoy right away!
Overnight Proats2Go
Mix 70g of Proats2Go with 150-200ml of plant based milk or water in a bowl.
Stir well to combine. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
Stir up your Proats2Go in the morning and add more liquid if desired.
Add toppings and enjoy right away!
Extra delicious when topped with fresh fruit, nut butters or maple syrup!
You may need to add more or less liquid to achieve your desired consistency.
